Melt

Before Jori left Singapore, we had a sumptuous dinner at Melt The World Cafe in Mandarin Oriental.

It was truly one of the best buffet dinners we've had here in Singapore. Compared to Fullerton, Ritz Carlton, and Basilico, Melt has the most variety of dishes to choose from, which explains why it is also the most expensive among them. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

Bread selection
Cheese
Hams
Greens

Lobsters, Scallop, Oysters and Mussels
Baked mussels, prawns, sea bass, lamb, beef ball, buttered rice and some veggies
Lobster again - I just can't get enough of them; Mashed potato, BBQ, and sushi
Indian Cuisine

Western Food Section
BBQ Grill Area
Suckling Pig and Roasted Chicken

Sushi selection

Japanese noodles

And of course, the desserts! There were a bevy to choose from.

Chocolate fondue

You can't escape from me!

This one's the best! Belgian Waffle topped with Straciatella Ice Cream
And how much was the total damage?

"What did I get myself into?"
